I have had the opportunity of working with Vanguard for over 7 years, on projects ranging from fit outs to complex new construction projects including high rise, challenging site conditions, and tight design and construction programmes. Vanguard worked collaboratively with all stakeholders ensuring the project requirements were met and the Client’s vision was achieved. Vanguard was dependable and reliable throughout the works, responding promptly to queries and requests ensuring that all project parties were informed and kept abreast of potential issues. Vanguard was our builder of choice for One Chalmers. They successfully delivered the project on time and on budget. Nomad Group has recently completed a second hospitality fit out with Vanguard and the first, it was a seamless experience. The Bankstown RSL Club appointed Vanguard as their design and construct contractor for the delivery of a new 20,000m2 Club Facility for our members and their guests. The project had several significant constraints largely, budgetary and program. The team at Vanguard successfully valued engineered the project to meet our budgetary expectation and delivered the club in record time using their fast-tracked design and construction techniques. The club were actively involved in all design decisions, and we were always kept informed as to project status. The quality in the finished product is outstanding and the function of the Club has not been compromised whatsoever in the heavily value engineered final product. The Club, highly recommend Vanguard for any project where a collaborative, fast tracked design and construct service is required for the delivery of a superior quality project.

Vanguard Group constructed 75 luxury senior's living apartments over eight storeys in the Wollongong CBD for IRT Group. With the project completed on time and budget, we reflect on the pleasure it's been working with whole team at Vanguard.
