More About Us

Vanguard are committed to exceeding their client’s expectations and pay special attention to detail. Everything is managed within the customer’s budget. No one on our team makes an effort to push their opinions on our loyal, truthful consumers, but we do provide them with our honest thoughts and suggestions. The team puts all of its efforts into setting up as many meetings with the clients as possible before beginning any projects to ensure that there are no questions about what the clients genuinely think. Even after the project has begun, our team continues to communicate with the client to ensure that all work is done with the client’s expectations in mind. It’s a success since our clients consistently come back to us for their further new projects.

Step we follow

Understand The Vision
Every project starts with a discovery and strategy phase. Our team begins to understand the insights, budget and goals for the project. The outcome of this phase is an understanding of strategy and requirements moving forward.

Build The Team
Once the game plan has been established in the vision phase, the project moves into the team phase. This part can be meticulous and incredibly detailed; but it matters, A LOT! The project’s architects, general contractors and engineers are all selected.

Project Planning
The project planning phase is the blueprint phase of the project. Feasibility studies, permitting, environmental reviews, value engineering and FF&E discussions are all part of the project planning phase.

Project Execution
The project execution phase is where you get to see your project come to life. A weekly construction meeting, managing lenders, public outreach, internal board communication and reviewing pay requests are all integral steps of the project execution phase.

Project Close-Out
Finally! The project is almost complete and ready for occupancy. Recording drawings, creating operations/maintenance manuals, executing final lien waivers and an 11 month walk through are the final steps in wrapping up your project!
